One and one-half (1-1/2) credits of Physical Education are required of every
student to meet graduation requirements. A written medical excuse from the
doctor and the PE Health Examination form must be completed for medical
conditions/emergencies lasting 1 day or more. During the term of the medical
excuse, the student must report and remain in class unless the instructor
and/or administration have made other arrangements. Alternative daily
assignments related to the area of study will be given to the student so that
credit for the unit can be earned. Long-term medical absences will be dealt
with on an individual basis.
